Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 watermelon large, seedless, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Place the frozen blueberries, watermelon chunks, and lime juice into a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still slushy.
  • Transfer the blended mixture to a shallow glass or metal container and freeze for about 30 minutes. The texture should become partially frozen—similar to a slush.
  • When it’s partially frozen, use a fork to break up the mixture and fluff it into shaved-ice texture. If you prefer a firmer shave, freeze for another 20–30 minutes and then break apart with a fork. Serve immediately and enjoy.
