Today is a little different at The Beach House Kitchen because I have some exciting news to share!
A few weeks ago I posted a teaser on Instagram about a special project I worked on this summer — Christmas in July. I spent time baking for a collaboration between Bake From Scratch Magazine and The Feedfeed for their Holiday Cookies issue. This collection is one you’ll want to see.
The Holiday Cookies issue features 67 exclusive recipes from 29 talented bakers, including four recipes contributed by me. It’s filled with festive seasonal recipes and beautiful photography — a true treat for both the eyes and the palate. You’ll find everything from shortbread and linzer cookies to sandwich cookies, make-ahead treats, and options that are gluten-free and vegan.
